I have used Douglas & Dean's Find & Let service for three consecutive house rentals, covering a two year period. I would definitely use them again. As a landlord, I found the letting process in the past to be a complicated, time consuming and stressful process, but Nicola and her team have taken all the pressure off, and effectively each time. Good advice has been provided regarding rental levels and property management. Viewings, references, credit checks, security deposits, tenancy agreements and other relevant paperwork have all been dealt with without any delays or hassle. Nicola has always been available to give advice and help on all matters related to the business of house letting and i have found er to be, at all times professional, good humored and enthusiastic. I would highly recommend Douglas and Dean to anyone looking to rent or sell a property. You will always be looked after.
