What an amazing golf course and welcoming staff. The views are stunning and the course is very challenging and very hilly.
Had a fantastic round today at Ilfracombe. We were blessed with a perfectly calm and sunny day with stunning views. Everyone at the club very friendly and the course was in outstanding condition, the greens in particular - a great effort by the staff especially in these Covid times. Course gets challenging on the approach shots to some of the greens, but is fair off the tee with a nice bit of room on most holes to confidently pull the driver out and give it a good whack. Highly recommended interesting course and I look forward to my next round there.
Played this a few times now and the best course I have played for under 30.00 anywhere. Views to die for and a fair challenging course. Is in great condition (late Sep 2020) and very friendly and welcoming to visitors in the bar and in the pro shop. Hate the 3rd hole with a passion however!
