Unhelpful, very poor telephone manner. Acted as if I was bothering them just to find if they were open and had stock of what I required. Won’t get any further business. Poor. I don’t consider asking “are you always this unhelpful when answering telephone calls as abusive”. But hey... dress it up as you wish.

This is a great pet store and i really like the helpful friend staff always willing to help in any way . My dog Luna loves it and so do I .
