Visited Lloyds Pharmacy in ilfracombe recently - found it under-staffed and disorganised. Apparently this was the case well before the pandemic. Usually open until 6PM and open at weekends, Lloyds Ilfracombe High Street is a convenient dispensary. Unfortunately, Lloyds Pharmacy company policy causes patients and customers terrible delays and a very poor prescription dispensary service. Will have to change pharmacies .

Terrible at serving! I've counted 4 or 5 staff, and 9 of us waiting for at least 30 mins without anyone being seen to. I write this as I'm in the que with 4 others in front of me so no idea how long I'll be waiting. This happens on multiple occasions.
Some times your prescription's aren't ready.
Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Heidi and the Lloyds pharmacy team in Ilfracombe for going above and beyond getting both mine and my wifes medication delivered to the Ilfracombe branch. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so friendly, well done guys, you were fab.
