I had parked there earlier in the day and returned with the intention of parking, but decided, after entering, just to reset my GPS and move on without turning the engine off. Then I find that I have a 100 parking fine. Not sure how the law sees it these days, but if the engine is still running, with the driver at the wheel, then the vehicle has not parked. Ropy is the correct name for this lot.
