Fantastic Sunday lunch; the Vegetable Wellington was superb as were the accompanying dishes, all prepared from scratch and freshly cooked; what a pleasure. The pub itself is cozy, well maintained, and has a sense of history being so old. The service was efficient and friendly and had a friendly vibe. There is a good sized beer garden and a carpark to the rear for patrons. Just up the road there is the village shop car park which is much larger and also free.

In all honesty I cannot give this place a star rating.But , please be patient,the reason I could not give a rating was due to the fact that I had left my face mask in the car and after completing a 7and a half mile walk did not fancy trotting/crawling!up another hill to get it! However,my friend went in to purchase some drinks which were duly delivered to us in a nice secluded and pretty beer garden,whilst waiting I had a peek through the Windows and it looked like a lovely old village pub! Couldn't quite make out the menu in any detail but it looked quite comprehensive,just wish that I didn't live so far away to make it my local!
We were on holiday & booked a table in advance. We were seated in a back room by ourselves, wonder if this is because we had a dog. There seemed to be a mix up when we placed our order - 2 different members of staff double checked what we had ordered & they popped back a third time! Staff were very friendly & polite. Unfortunately on the day, the pub had a power cut so only soup was available as a starter. It was veg & very tasty with lovely warm bread. We had 3 roast beef dinners which were enjoyable & tasty. We did however think 86 was extortionate!
Lovely old pub. Fantastic food. Best steak and chips I think I've ever had! Everyone in there is really welcoming I just wish this was my local!
It's the 1673 Ye Olde Globe pub in Beerynorbor . We went in there and my God it like going back in time ,Yes a love pud that serve some lovely beers and at the moment we wanted to have food but because of the Lockdown they not allowed to serve food only beers , We will return. Again
