Gong excitedly to purchase a new Tom Tom I decided to use Halfords. There is a nice selection of different types with various price ranges to suit your style and price range. The staff were very helpful and well trained in returned purchases. The first one I brought had previously been used as this may have been a return previously from another buyer. I returned the Tom Tom and was advised of an alternative way of receiving a new unit as they have now sold out of the model I choose. After some communication between another store I eventually received a new Tom Tom. Very pleased with my new purchase

I only use Halfords as a means of purchasing sundries like bulbs & wipers. I find them extremely helpful, I like the male to female mix of staff & have really admired the fitting skills of the female staff over recent years. Prices always competitive & always knowledgeable staff on hand to assist. Halfords have been around for years & have got it Spot ON. They will be around for many years to come, I would like to think.

Brilliant service, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I didn't really know what I was looking for but after I explained what the problem was with my sons bike ,the staff member ordered what I needed. On my return to the store I collected my bike wheel but unfortunately the till wasn't working. So a staff member accompanied me to the main tills and waited for his colleague to become available. We had a nice chat while we waited. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Very impressed with me visit and how well the store is run. I am a regular customer and will definitely be back.

What a great team! I was made to feel welcome and that I was in safe hands. I had windscreen wipers and a special headlamp bulb fitted by I think Emma. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and I was entirely confident that she knew what she was doing (which indeed she did!). Highly recommend Halfords Ilkeston if you need anything done on your car!

All you need, accessory wise, for your car or cycle. They do help you fix odd parts to your car or bike like bulbs, inner tubes and roof racks, but at a price, and on price I do find them a little expensive. The shop is found in a shopping complex with a big carpark
