I am sorry but I am struggling to even leave feedback of 1 star??? This UNCARING company looked after my father who is in his 90s for a couple of years...... I firstly must add that the carers that go out into the community that looked after our father were faultless. But the OFFICE STAFF now that's a different story???? Very rude, never helpful, unsympathetic never bothered if no one turned up to give dad his lunch... and that happened more than once. You can never get them at weekends they dont answer the phone No given and were not bothered that dad was distressed about being left with no lunch. Should of been given a weekly sheet to know which carers he was getting that either never arrived or he would get it 3 days late?? BAD OFFICE STAFF. Please be aware if you are thinking of this company. The carers are good decent people but they struggle to do there job effectively because of the lack of communication and care from the office staff...

Would not reccomend these Had only been carin for my terminally ill mum for 1 day wen they failed to apply brakes on her wheelchair n dropped her.. The 2 carers were both finished same day.. After that couldnt fault carers but to get hold of office staff I would give NO stars
Provided EOL care to my partners grandparents and they still highly rate the care service and hygeine of harmony care. really impressed me too. a pleasant surprise.

Only because I had to give a star rating to make a comment. Went for a job interview here today. There was a foul smell of cigarette smoke in the reception area. Was waiting 5 minutes at an unattended reception desk with people's named personal files sat on the reception within the public's reach. The staff were too busy chatting about themselves to even notice or hear me walk in. Eventually I was seen. Asked why I was there etc. (For job interview ). Then two staff members were moaning they didn't like using a particular room set aside for interviews. So was suggested I went into the training room. Neither staff members identified who they were or roles within the company. I was sat in the room filled out the application form..got bored and filled their Q&A interview form. Jumped on the internet and messed about with social media as I was totally bored. After 50 minutes of no one checking to see if I'd completed the forms because again they were too busy carrying on their private conversation. I tore up my job application form left a note in BIG letters stating why is left. Walked out and not one person noticed. To find two care staff squatting down outside the doorway smoking If I had to mark out of 10 then it would be a minus 10
