Car went in on a \manufacturer recall\ and two days later this happened. Customer services for Peugeot have gone radio silent. Quoted 1k to fix with no previous water ingres issues. SHOCKING.

I bought my first car here 2.5 years ago and unfortunately it’s been nothing but trouble. The staff were extremely friendly when I was purchasing the car but now I have it, they really don’t seem to care. I was owed well over 400 from the dealership for almost 2 years and if I hadn’t of realised I never received a cheque, they would’ve got away with never paying me what I was owed. I have received a cheque for little over half of what is owed to me and now I am receiving ‘radio silence’ from the dealership. I have called the dealership 5 times this week already and have been refused a conversation with a sales person each time with the secretary assistant promising me someone will call me back later on in the day. I have not received a single call back despite being told this on 5 separate occasions. Due to the lack of communication and involvement in my case, I have passed this onto Peugeot Complaints. Hopefully they can help! I really hate to leave a bad review but unfortunately this dealership are very sneaky and sell awful deals to vulnerable people for an overpriced amount. (Typical dealership, I know) Oh.. and never sign up to Just Add Fuel! What another nightmare...

The team @JCT600 Menston is very friendly, professional, always welcoming and prompt. The best deliverable is the ratio between the quality of the car (they do their best to accommodate and complement my requirements) and the price and financial arrangements. This is the third contract with them and PSA, and I am pleased with both arrangements and support. Interestingly I was also offered a better comprehensive insurance as well. Simon (Sales Executive at JCT600 Menston) is a great professional representative for JCT600 and Peugeot (he also provided very informative videos and additional information, and finds time to respond promptly always); the team led by Jonathan is always prompt and friendly. We have developed great connection and communication in the past 6 years now. The cars were also great, and this new Peugeot 2008 SUV is absolutely lovely to drive and very impressive. Thank you.
