Working from home and loving the early morning Hatha yoga sessions with Roisin or Susie. They are both great. Feel wonderfully stretched after my class and sets me up for the rest of the day. Lots of sessions available 7 days a week and easy to book in and do the class online around my work schedule.

Love naturally twisted - all the teachers are great; there is lots of variety of classes and the on line sessions during lockdown have been brilliant. Can’t recommend enough. Kate.
I've been doing yoga with Susie at Naturally Twisted in Ilkley for about 18 months now and am a huge fan! I was a complete novice and to be honest rather intimidated by the idea of yoga - but Susie's a great teacher who made it accessible and fun. I've really improved in flexibility and strength and had lots of enjoyment and laughs along the way. Roisin and all the instructors are good too and the team provides variety. The online classes during lockdown have worked really well and they've kept up a full schedule (huge thanks to them for that!). I can't recommend highly enough.
Love this place! Susie is an amazing teacher. I also attend Josie's classes in Bradford on a Sunday, brilliant teachers would like to give more stars please!!
