I highly recommend this builder!!The family provided a high level of building support and made my first build extremely easy. Throughout the project the builder was honest and efficient. The family also ensured I received a high standard of quality work and always made sure I was happy with each stage of the build. Although we ran into a few roadblocks with our project the builder was prompt to provide his professional advice which made me feel extremely comfortable and satisfied with the results. It is also comforting to know that our little home is in good hands as both Chan and Peter are constantly praised by other tradesmen that came onsite. Both are very professional, approachable, knowledgeable, patience, accommodating and have extensive experience in housing construction. When I spoke to friends and family , it looked like building a new home could be a real nightmare, but it wasn't in my case. Chan Design and Construct (CDC) did a fantastic job developing my Duplex at Merrylands.CDC were very competitive against other builders however my decision to go with them was mainly through service experience a friend of mine had when constructing his house.And I was not disappointed. Given my experience building this home with CDC and the quality so far. I would have no hesitation in recommending Impressions to anyone as a preferred builder for quality and good value. Workmanship is very good and any issues is dealt with accordingly nothing major after the inspection and also manage to clean up the front lawn. They also accommodate some minor changes during the build. Can’t ask for more – Amazing Builder! And good customer service. Highly recommended.
CDC did a beautiful job on our double storey block and was extremely helpful in the process. Any worries or queries were answered immediately, communication was outstanding. You could just call anytime and have anything sorted it was that simple. One of the best part of the building process how easy it was to accomodate for new ideas along the way. Chan and Peter were extremely easy going with this, which sets them apart from other builders. Chan often came to observe the work done on site as well to make sure everything was done properly and it was obvious to see care being taken. Definitely recommend CDC to anyone looking to build as they provide excellent service for a competitive price.
