Highly recommend! Amazing service, amazing quality. Jocelyn went above and beyond after a postal service lost my dress the day before my sister's wedding. Not only did she make sure that I got a dress but personally delivered it to me over an hour away to ensure I wouldn't have any issues. On top of that Jocelyn gave me a whole bunch of accessory options to match the new dress so I wouldn't have to stress about a thing. Thank you so much for saving the day Jocelyn and the Dresses For Hire team!
Don’t bother ladies. There’s a 30 fee to even try on any of the dresses. I tried on a hand full and each one had a broken zipper or was ripped in some part of the dress. Don’t be fooled by what social media shows you! Was very disappointed

Terrible! Hire date was on a Tuesday. Contacted them Wednesday afternoon to check when the dress was arriving and said they dispatch Monday for Tuesday delivery (which should be when they dispatched mine) and Wednesday for Thursday delivery. Thursday at around 11am I have contacted them as my son's christening is on Saturday and I have no dress to wear. When I asked the lady on the phone and said I was meant to get the dress on Tuesday, she cut me off and said "no no no, the dresses are being dispatched Tues ang Wednesday " didn't wanna argue so I left it at that. Asked for the tracking, she called me back and said the item is on the way. Lucky I asked for the tracking to be sent as the tracking said "no such address". I have contacted austpost Thursday and Friday and been giving me different answers and I've been stressing out as I do not have a dress to wear and I only have that day to find a dress and still have a lot of errands to do for the christening. I asked for a refund and they said as per contact they do not do refund as their obligation is to deliver the dress before the event date although there is a hire date. They are lucky they personally delivered it to my door as they know they f***ed up and put the wrong name and address otherwise I would've reported them to fair trading. They also want you to send the dress back Tuesday 12nn so if you send it via austpost and it's out of your hands what time it gets delivered , they will charge you a ridiculous amount of money. Considering the stress that they put me through last week, and how they delivered my dress late, you would think they would have consideration for the return date (although it was sent out on time with austpost), but they are money hungry and don't care. Beware! Go somewhere else. I've used other clothing hire places before and this is the first one who has f***ed me up big time!
