The receptionist Rhonda, is incredibly rude and unhelpful. The clinic had to cancel my appointment today (which I made over a month ago) for myself and two children. I completely understood and appreciate these things happen. When I tried to reschedule later in the day, she was abrupt, impatient and failed to assist me. This isn't the first time I've experienced her rudeness. I will not be returning to this medical centre.

The rudest place I have been to. The blond older reception ladies are extremely rude, confrontational and arrogant. I was abused in front of everyome for answering the phone to my sick mum. Now they refuse to send my file to my new doctors. I have serious health issues. So Negligent!! Making a complaint to the medical board now. Many people I have spoken to say the same. Don't go there!! The at Menai is much better.

I had to re-arrange an appointment for my boss who is overseas at the moment and as I waited I read these reviews. I can say from my 1 experience on the phone with the receptionist, she was helpful, listened to me and re-arranged my bosses appointment when she could have told me she couldn't due to privacy. People need to be a little more patient with receptionists in medical practices as they are having to deal with sick, whinging people who want to go first for everything as they are more sick than the next person or think that their child is more important than someone else.

The receptionist on the line today was extremely rude and pushy. She does not want to listen and was demanding for information. If you work for a medical practice I think it’s very important to have empathy and patience. Disappointing.

Really not happy. My 2 year old cut her head open it it took the doctor 1 hour before see would even look at her to tell me if she needed to go to hospital to get stichers. 15 people were seen while I was kept waiting. What happened to caring for kids first
