I was very lucky to have the chance to work alongside Maggie as a teaching assistant for 2 years at a local primary school . Maggie was my daughter's teacher for year 1 and 2 , and as a mum was very important for me to learn what sources Maggie was using to teach the children and how she was engaging with them , and my outcome is that Maggie is absolutely brilliant with the children , she is very patient , caring , human , and very professional . I can't recommend Maggie's enough ! all I can say here is what I and my daughter feel about Maggie , that we appreciate and cherish the time we spent together at school , and what we learn with her and that Maggie is one of my daughter's favourite teacher who will never be forgotten and we miss her a lot . I was fortunate enough to have worked alongside Maggie when I first started teaching in early years. The way that children warm to her has always impressed me and I learnt so much from her. Having visited Babushka, it made me realise how lucky the children are that receive TLC from Maggie and team. High quality, loving adults as well as a great ratio of 1:3 and home cooked food - it doesn't get better than that! It's also so important for children to get out and explore the local environment. I wholeheartedly recommend Babushka to any parents who want to drop their children off in the morning, and go to work guilt free(!), knowing their children are receiving the very best possible start in life.
