When our old boiler broke down Dave came out on the same day and help us to identify the problem, unfortunately it was not repairable due to the age of the previous boiler and lack of spares. He fixed our immersion heater to ensure we had hot water and even offered us electric heaters to keep us going until we could book in for replacement. All Dave’s advised us of our options for replacing old system with a very efficient, high quality combo boiler. I 100% trust Dave’s experience and advice and he instilled a huge amount of confidence in the solution he came up with. Dave and his team replaced our ancient boiler in the week before Christmas and did everything they could to make sure we were back up and running with as little disruption as possible. The team were an absolute pleasure to have in the house and despite COVID restrictions, myself working from home and it being week before Christmas they did an amazing job of keeping disruption to a minimum and ensuring that everything was completed quickly, cleanly and efficiently. Overall a fantastic job, very professional, very honest and top quality.

I'm so pleased I called Dave. We have just moved to Somerset and couldn't use our kitchen sink because of dodgy plumbing . Elliot came over early next morning and did a fantastic job. Really nice guy, very professional and friendly and disinfected everything after he finished. I wish I could share a before and after photo... the difference is amazing! I've never been happier to get the washing up done or have a new washing machine fitted! thank you guys!

At this time during Covid 19 safety Dave Wells Plumbing and Heating is the Company for you. Dave arrived fully prepared with clean and wrapped protective cloths, masks, gloves for hourly change and antiseptic wipes. He carried out an effective boiler repair with no risk to us, as two high risk 70 year old householders. At all time he kept the regulation safe distance and he cleaned the area around the boiler before he left. The boiler was repaired within 24 hours of failure. Thank you Dave!
