I had a first aid training course with he company a mont ago and i can say it was one of the best courses i have ever attended. The whole atmosphere was professional but friendly, with a very person centred approach. The techniques were explained and practised and it was an amazing experience! if you have the opportunity to work with the team you will be amazed, they are great!

We use Brainbox Academy regularly to train our workers in First Aid. From the trainers to the service manager, I feel that they are extremely organised and do a great job at training our staff. We run a Respite service for children with disabilities so it is vital that the Paediatric first aid training is efficient, and I always have every confidence that the trainers will deliver, not only an informative, but fun learning experience. We have never had a problem. They have also always tried to accommodate our changes , requirements and offer an extremely competitive price that I have not found anywhere else! Highly Recommend.

Through my job I have been attending training courses with The Brain Box Academy for over 3 years My job is care based and so we cover quite a lot of training throughout the year. Kevin and Steve have done the majority of our training days and they always make them fun and interesting, no matter how many times we've updated our training over that time. Both Kevin and Steve are great and make the time to go over things you have learnt, that you may not of quite understood, want to query or just want a little more advice about. They are more than happy to do this during or after the course has finished. We have just had our latest stint of training with Steve, spread out over the last two weeks, and as usual, I have enjoyed every part of it. I have found it even more helpful this time round too, as it just happened to fall in place with the units I am covering in my NVQ 3 in Adult Social Care. I would absolutely recommend The Brain Box Academy to any business who need to use any of the service that they provide, if the Health and Safety, Fire, First Aid training etc. is anything to go by, I'm sure the rest will be spot on too.
