Marta is an amazing employee! Was able to help me and resolve my situation quicker than a star bucks latte ! Had to reschedule my Ielts exam and everything was done so fast , I’m amazed !

Marta was able to assist me quickly with my issues! I did have to email the centre a few times and reach out to director so I am docking a star for that. Would be great if centre can generally mail out results faster since other centres are able to send test results within 7-10 days.

I have been waiting for my Ielts test fee to be refunded from the beginning of April until now which is the end of August. They haven't finished processing it yet and they haven't even replied to my emails when I asked for the update. I am extremely DISAPPOINTED as when ILSC required me to pay for the Ielts fee, I paid in a few days but they are taking more than 4 months to do the refund. What the heck are they doing? This is unprofessional and so unethical doing this during this tough time. I required ILSC to proceed my refund RIGHT IN THIS WEEK or I'll report this. My patience for this center has run out. ILSC has been REALLY DISRESPECTFUL to their clients. For others, please don't take the test here, POOR SUPPORT AS HELL.
