I have used this company more than once for printing. I recently ordered real estate brochures from them. I didn't ask the right questions and was disappointed in the product when I arrived to pick them up. Michelle discussed my needs and immediately set to work creating a new brochure. Within 30 minutes I had a product that was exactly what I expected. I appreciate great customer service, which is why I prefer to shop local. I can use one of the big online printing companies and be just another order at the end of a phone or I can be a customer. I will pay a little more for personal customer service every time.
