Natalia helped my wife secure a spousal green card. My wife was residing in India at the time of our wedding (I'm a US citizen residing in the US). Natalia was very knowledgeable and clearly explained the process to us from start to finish. She and her associates diligently worked through the process and were very cooperative in working with my wife via emails and phone calls at a convenient time for her in India. I met Natalia in person at her office at the start of our process and she was very personable and professional. She was upfront with me in how much time the process might take (11-12 months). She kept us informed throughout, and luckily my wife's GC was processed in approx 11 months and she was able to travel to the US and join me.
