Brilliant, professional, helpful service from start to finish. Louise was fabulous, listened to what i wanted and offered a couple of suggestions all of which fit my remit. She came out that evening after the shop had closed to measure up, and gave me a verbal quote before leaving. I rang and paid over the phone the next day. We organised for the fitter to come at the weekend, he arrived on time, was polite, & removed his shoes at the door, (without being asked)and fitted the carpet in no time. Checking i was happy before leaving. Will definitely be going back and would recommend to all my friends.

The guys in there that served us were super friendly and very approachable. They were able to cater to my very specific needs and were good at recommending suitable carpets for me. They managed to organise the measuring and fitting very fast and also it was the best price for my carpet around town.
