Ordered a freezer was promised delivered today l rang to see what time ( having worked a 14 hour night shift as a frontline key worker to be told they tried to ring MY MOTHER WHO PASSED AWAY YEARS AGO on Wednesday but couldn't get wounder why totally fed up l am doing all l can to help with the current situation and l get a response like this
