This was the first time that we used Pelham carpets but it definitely won't be the last! From the lovely greeting we received from entering the shop,through the quote to the carpet being fitted(5days later) everything and each member of staff were fabulous. We loved the quality of the carpet and even after shopping around were unable to find a carpet of the same quality at a better price. Price, service,quality all exceptional would recommend to everyone looking for any flooring.

Absolutely fantastic service, friendly staff from start to finish. Couldn't ask for anything better because hands down these guys are incredible, kind,helpful, hard working family business. I can't recommend using anyone else for all your flooring needs because Pelham carpets are without a doubt the very best around, honestly thank you doesn't seem enough but our new carpet looks amazing!

The fitter did a good job but the office nearly forgot about our job and they don't take the old carpet away, if I got two new tyres for the car and found the old ones in the boot I wouldn't be happy... anyway its done
