Immo Verimass has been one nicest company to do business with since I arrived to Belgium. The staff is such friendly and respectful, always willing to help you to find the best option that suits to your needs... Their offices are incredible well located in the center of Leuven. It's really sad I had to leave the city and say goodbye but, I highly recommend them base on my experience. Thanks a lot.

I had to leave an apartment from immo-verimass during the pandemic. They did not facilitate the work at all, I had to look for candidates, plan individual visits, be always available for them etc and there was no comprehension/flexibility from their site. Despite I found good candidates to start immediately after me leaving the apartment, they decided to chose another one and still made me pay the empty month. No option at all to discuss with the landlord or reach an intermediate agreement. CONCLUSION: let them do all the work. Don't put any effort from your side. It is not worth it. They should be the ones finding replacements and doing the visits. SUGGESTION: clarify everything from the beginning. Be careful, they do not look after tenant's interests, nor try to protect you even in exceptional circumstances.

We have come to Belgium recently as an expat. We want to thank Verimass for helping us rent a house. Thomas helped us a lot and he was always punctual. He does his job very well. He made us contact the owner of the house we liked immediately. He was always with us during the contract process. Even while we were trying to settle down, he answered all our questions and guided us all the time.

never contract with this agent especially you're an expat. We can't reach the owner and the person with change my house was disappearing. she/he never replied to my email even though there is serious leaking in the garage. I've also called to the office but nobody cares about the problem. they only cares about the money. they are super above the tenant especiallly if you're expat. I can't give even one star for this agent. terrible. horrible...
