I have had to think quite hard about this review as I had two 6 hour sessions, and the tattoo is very good and the artist was also very good, but you can get just as good for less money at a lot of other tattoo Parlour's. Even though the artist was very good the customer service was not so good, both of my appointment's were changed at the last minute. I did not get the design sent to me, I had to wait until a couple of days before the appointment to see it, because it was not ready (and from what I could hear whilst I was there this is a common thing). On the day of the second appointment they were 1 1/2 hours late, had to sit with no top on for 6 hours in the cold as no real heating, the TV was broken for both appointment's and a lovely smell of sewage coming up through the sinks.Sorry but if you charge top rates you should supply a top service. Tattoo 4 out of 5, service 2 out of 5.

Worth the wait! I have recently had my first tattoo (and subsequently second at the same time) here. The place is clean, comfortable, friendly and the staff are amazing. I was tattooed by Amy Colby and cannot rate her highly enough. The wait lists can be long but the artists are in demand because they are good. They will work with you on the design to make sure its exactly what you want and are also honest if they think a design isn't going to work. 5* to Immortal Ink!
