This is the second time I have worked with Jeff and didn't even think about getting a bid from another roofing company. He is professional, timely, responsive and trustworthy. He was very patient and helpful as we dealt with many difficulties with the insurance company. He is not happy until you are happy. I would not hesitate to recommend him again and again.

Look at all their reviews- most only have 1 review which is really weird, like they're creating fake profiles and leaving a 5 star review, and from what we've experienced that would be right up their path. After several attemps to give Impact Roofing a chance to make things right and being ignored i feel this is warranted. We had a hail storm the beginnig of August and decided to go with Impact, unfortunately. Our roof was not tarped and many contacts to Andrew and Steve about when they would start work but they always had an excuse, but they were more than willing to take 1/2 our payment. Over 4 months later, the end of November and our roof was started but because we had to wait so long with no tarp my upstairs office developed a huge water bubble, which was never fixed. The build up they recommended you will see in the photos was a horrible job. Steve stopped by in March and I asked that this please be corrected and that our roof was having run-off issues above the new gutters we had replaced. Its now been 4 months after this contact and we've been ignored once more. We paid almost 9k to Impact and they've been the worst company we've ever dealt with. We are young homeowners and i feel they've taken advantage of us. Its been almost a year of dealing with them and a horrible experience. *Edit* to your reply everything you've said is untrue. Just like the work. NO tarp was laid hence my water damange. I have text messages communicating with you on the metal and sat and watched Steve paint it. You've returned no calls or messages. Your company and yourself are deplorable and liars. Please everyone look at my screenshots to prove this.

I needed roof product details to get an insurance discount on the house I’m purchasing and since the owners didn’t have the info I need, I contacted Impact Roofing to see if they could go look at the roof to get the info I need. They went out and returned the filled out form the same day I called. I couldn’t be happier with the great, friendly service I received!

We worked with Jeff and his team to repair extensive hail damage as well as adding some beautiful skylight upgrades. Jeff was infinitely patient with us communicated very well throughout the entire process. We were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.

Awesome service! Jeff Olivero was always available to answer any question and let us know what was going on. He was quick to respond to any requests I made, from additional mortgage company paperwork, to post install follow-up to address a minor install issue. We got a better roof, better service, and a better price than expected. I hope I don't need another roof for many years, but if anything were to happen, I'll definitely call Impact Roofing.
