We went here before Christmas. As for the cleanliness I have to give it top marks. As for the range, very good offering cute inexpensive original gifts for under 10 euros. The windows were dressed for Christmas, but to my disappointment no sign of Christmas Red or green, just black everywhere, and no Christmas music. I would have given top marks in general but to my disgust I heard a member of staff being abrupt and rude to a customer in front of others to hear. I won't go into details but the customer only asked a simple question, and the member of staff commented about them to other customers. I have experience in public relations and I used to teach customer handling in the UK. In all my experience I couldn't believe my ears
