We had a great experience with both of our kiddos. The staff is very patient and welcoming. We have recommended this office to friends and they’ve been happy as well. The staff is also very helpful with any questions or concerns you may have.

The woman who answered the phone was carrying on a conversation with someone else while scheduling my appointment and she didn't seem knowledgeable about services offered or insurance coverage. After placing me on hold to ask if they offered invisalign and then again on hold to ask if they did teeth whitening, she said it would be 50 for a consultation for teeth whitening. She said my insurance would cover the consultation. Since I know my insurance does not cover cosmetic dentistry, I ended up not booking the appointment. Maybe she was having an "off" day but it would be helpful if the website was updated with accurate information. Will schedule elsewhere.

I'm always afraid going to the dentist because of the painful needle injection. Dr. Patton used a vibrant instrument when he injected the anesthesia I almost didn't feel the pain. He's very friendly, funny, outgoing and professional of his work. I had my wisdom teeth and a broken tooth removed, bone craft and implant by Dr. Patton and he did a professional job. I'm very pleased with the results. His staffs are super nice and the office is very clean and nice decorations.

I have been going to Dr. Pattons office for over three years now and I love the service I get at this office. The office staff is welcoming, the front office is warm and the hygienist is the BEST!!!! As long as I live in San Diego I will continue to go to this office!!!
