I have used Impex for as long as I can remember. Which is over ten years. They are my go to freight company for sending shipments from New Jersey to port harcourt. Customer service is amazing if there is an issue someone will definitely attend to you. The prices are fair and the speed of delivery is outstanding. You should give them a try , mistakes may happen but it will be resolved. Most importantly I haven’t lost an item till date and don’t believe that will occur

Please Run from this people I mean run!! They are THIEVES! I sent packages and it took over a month for air freight! It Got to Nigeria and it sat in their office for another two weeks! They finally delivered the package and my items were missing!! Like this people have the mind to open your boxes steal your item and seal it back!! Please don’t you ever use impex for your peace of mind!

They say they offer pick up service and when you need the item shipment to be picked up they don’t respond . When they finally do they are never direct. Till this day I am still waiting for a response to my email. Very unprofessional and unorganized

I don’t usually do reviews except to give 5stars but this impex needs to talk to their staff on how to handle customers. If customers paid for a service, it is normal for the customer to be frustrated if he/she felt that he/she is not getting the value paid for. It is your job as a customer care to first all apologies to show concern and then explain the process in a better way for the client. I paid for air so a package could be delivered in Lagos the next Friday only for me to find out that it doesn’t work like that, the package will only be at their Lagos office the next Friday and when it will be delivered to the customer is not guaranteed I just hope nothing happens to the package

Uptil now I’m yet to get my package that I sent since the 21st of July and no one is picking or replying my emails . They keep denying that I sent it there but as you can see . I have all the proof that I did .I’ve been to their warehouse and the kept giving me excuses . Never in my life have I ever witness such unprofessionalism & poor customer service . They take forever to ship and charge ridiculous prices , they never reply your emails when you tell them to consolidate your packages .Please stay away for your own good these people are the worst .
