Overall experience was good but the one who took the order should listen what the guest is ordering... we ordered mixed fruit blast for 3 people but they serve only one and one of the staff told us that we ordered it only one... that was unexpected replied from the staff.. they should repeat the order once again if there is any doubt.

We had best and tasty food here in our 2 week north eastern states tour. Ambience of the open terrace dining was awesome. Beautifully decorated with plants and lights. Food was too good and delicious. We asked for more spiciness and the chef balanced it very well. Such an awesome place for food.

Horrible experience. We asked if they had any tables available, they responded us no with a very rude smirk. Didn't even care to explain or to wait for a table, the waiters were acting busy and proud. Don't recommend.

Worst experience ever in my life, it was bit sunny day and where we was sitting was directly hitting by the sun so I request for an umbrella like it was there in front of us but they refused it and behave very rudely, I would like to say if you do not want to ruin your day please don't visit char-koal there are many other good restaurants in the town, thank you

What I like the most about this place, it's the view I get to see and the fresh cool air blowing. The servicing was quite fast and good. The food were awesome with reasonable price

It's an amazing outdoor/rooftop restaurant. Perfect for the BBQ and sorts. But, there isn't any shades available for those late brunch and lunch people. And, as summer is approaching, I doubt it will be a good spot, unless, they start making plans to cover up with some shades. And, yeah...their Sizzler doesn't sizzle.
