I started using misao gas facility while they used to be at thangal bazar till now. Since the pandemic started and home delivery service begun, the services are getting worst. Yes as like everyone is complaining about delivery service, most of the customer loose their faith as I do. We are getting suspicion that whether the agency or delivery boys are selling our alloted gas in black during this booking to delivery period. Gas booking is almost up to date according to the daily advertisement but still they booked after 14 days from the gas delivery date, besides this they fail to deliver in time. It's like we pay money for the worst service. Kindly follow up whoever is concerned to this public reviews.

Time for me to change to another service. One of the worst delivery services. Keeps postponing, doesn't pick up the phone and doesn't have patience to check for leakages before giving. Very rude. This is the third time it's happening. Save yourself the trouble and change.

During this pandemic, Misao Gas have been doing their service as home delivery which is quite good for many consumers but unfortunately this service is becoming worst for me. They picked up my call and noted down my number for delivery but never happened until I call them again and again and most of the time they didn't picked up the call and made me waited for 2-3 days for receiving the gas. Sometimes they said they will deliver the gas today for sure but never happened instead I have to go their office and collect the gas. That too, they took the delivery charge even if I go to the office.

Very much disappointed by the delivery service. Never delivered on the said day and I've been waiting since date 21 of march but still not deliver yet as well as never recieve the call the guy name is Surchand.

Good distributor in town but the home delivery in charge for checkon area are very disappointing . Never deliver in the said date . Had to call them up 4 to 5 times and very rude to costumer . If only they could change the people in charge for that area I would have rate the service 5 star

One of the best Gas Distributor in town... Although it take time to get a refill but it is worth it and recently they have started home delivery service which i am very happy about it personally... Thank you Misao Gas....

Highest Customer Base. You'll always be surprised to see long queues outside as there's no Home Delivery Service provided by the agency, except the fact that some vested interested private parties will collect books from groups of customers and would run unauthorised home deliveries. If you could provide a simple note from 'Higher-ups', then, you're entitled to lots of unofficial privileges. The funny part is, you may not produce your book or your booking S.R.'s. Simply pay cash and walk away with the refilled cylinders. No questions asked. Seems more likely that theme agency is running some kind of a racket.
