Very poor service. They are bluffing the customers in the name of brand. I took hair spa today but the steaming step was missed. They didn't give steaming and wen I inquired about it they said steaming is only for oily scalp person. If they were not sure about the scalp then they should have ask. It's a ridiculous service I have never come across in my entire life. As if I am doing my first time hair spa .

too slow and too painful threading it was! went for waxing too but regular waxing wasnt there so not done, what was available was ultra expensive

Service is good. Privacy of each clients, with cosy rooms. A little expensive vis a vis other salons in Imphal. Location is good.
