All I can say is WOW....the owner obviously cares nothing about customer service. I called in advance discussed specifically what I needed which was etching on a wood tray. I provided her with measurements and she priced it over the phone at 25. I thought that was a little high considering I’d had another tray done in another town for 15....same exact thing. Today, I went in to drop the tray off and asked again how much it’d be to clarify and she tells me 45. I inform her I’d called the other day given exact measurements and was told 25. She told me she’s the one I spoke with and she told me it was 25 for the engraving but that didn’t count the set up time which could be an hour depending on “how complex the art is.” I pointed to the sample tray I Bright to show as an example that I’d had done a few years ago and said it should look just like this with three initials and she still tells me she just doesn’t know yet how long it’ll take her to set up and do art for three initials. Really?? This is not rocket science—if this is your business you should have an idea of the complexity of a set up of monogram initials. She was extremely rude and the other two employees standing there turned away and acted busy. I’m sure they too were shocked at her rudeness and lack of customer service. She acted mad that the other employee had called her over there when I walked in I guess because she’d been disturbed from her computer. I never would expect such an attitude from a clerk, much less a store owner in Jasper, GA. If I could give zero stars I certainly would.
