Taxpayers and those will conduct business at the City Hall should be provided with ample parking spaces, whether paid parking or not. This would be more convenient and secured rather than searching for spaces and being shooed away by TE or property owners. My rating for Imus for today dropped to 3.8 stars because of the issues presented.

I always had a nice experienced here when paying my advance amilyar every year , less than 5 mins of transaction and I’m done. Keep it up!!! ****Wheelchair accessible
Imus Government staff are so helpful and kind. They really adhere to their goal to serve the people especially Mam Razil of the receiving at the Office of the Building Official. Keep up the good work!
Service is fast depending on what you need. Better to come here after lunch so the place is not too crowded and the employees are not going on break. Some of the employees are a bit rude but not all.
good
Good public service waiting time is minutes only
The offices observe Covid19 protocols. The staff are helpful, polite and efficient. The offices are open even during 12:00-1:00pm lunch break. Great service!
I went to the city hall to pay our property tax. This rating applies to city treasurer's office where our transaction was made. There is a proper queueing system and a dedicated queue is made for our senior citizens which is good. Because of the pandemic, a personnel was now assigned to give the queue number which i think is the right thing to do. Once my number was called, the cashier on window 5 was courteous and professional. The waiting time is not that long. The only slight inconvenience I had was lack of parking space. I was not that inconvenienced as someone can stay as the driver and just wait outside the city hall on hazard lights and wait for me.Might be a problem to lone drivers.
