In Phase Electric & Air came to the rescue! We are visiting my mother from Texas and called yesterday to see if they could send someone to repair dead outlets. Provided an appointment for today, and Technician “Joe” arrived on-time and was safe and respectful in these Pandemic times. Wore mask and gloves 100% of his time here and practiced social distancing while repairing my mother’s electrical system and providing a comprehensive safety inspection! Great service, very fair pricing - highly recommend In Phase and technician “Joe”!

Jared was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was upfront and honest. He worked on a dual outlet boiler system...that had a blown bump. It is a difficult unit to work since the company is know longer operating. He tried diligently to find the part needed, utilizing several out of state suppliers. Unfortunately, there are none available. We discussed feasible options. Waiting on estimates on the options we discussed. I greatly appreciated their Covid protocol and level off communication. I will be working with them and would recommend them.

Called this morning because furnace was running, but no heat. Was able to get a tech between 2-5. They called and had an available tech by noon. Ryan was great! Very considerate and we shared some laughs. Explained everything to me and shared general concerns. Furnace is running, but will need to be replaced asap. He set us up with another tech for the following Monday to discuss new installation. Very happy with all the service right down to the young lady that took my first call.

Jordan changed out my thermostat today. Jordan was thoughtful, wearing a mask per COVID guidelines and foot covers to protect my flooring. Jordan was very efficient and competent in the services he performed. I subscribed to a one year membership for electric and air service for preventive maintenance. Ryan and Austin cleaned our entire duct system and were very professional. They were also very conscientious about our home, wearing protective gear on their feet and masks. They took before and after pictures which helped justify their work and they were a pleasure to have in our home, answering all the questions we had. Very happy with their performance and would hire them again. Prompt, friendly, courteous, hard working, and dedicated to their craft. Thanks for sending a great team.
