Wasn't eligible for service at first, took them some time to install a tower for us to gain service. However after they got things on their end up and running, we got service :) In nearly 18 months of having the service, i have had 1 service call and one other general question call. Both handled and addressed promptly! Service call placed at 8:30 a.m. and they had 2 separate technicians come by 12:00 and issue resolved same day. Can't get that quality service anywhere else!

This is the best internet anyone is going to get in a rural area (which is where I live so I cannot speak to other service).They have responsive and helpful customer service and are easy to work with.

We moved & just got service with them bc it’s the company the neighbors use. It took them 2 weeks to come set up our service because apparently they were updating all their existing customers towers. When they did finally come it was 200 for installation plus monthly payment for a middle of line plan, nothing fancy. Compared to our old network, that’s very expensive. It did not work well after the initial set up. Disconnected frequently. We had a maintenance worker come and he was at our house for over an hour trying to figure out what the issue was. For now we are up and running! Their secretary could stand to be friendlier but their maintenance guy is on point!
