先日、恵方巻をネットで時間指定で注文し受け取りに行きました。すると中には行列が。 聞いてみると恵方巻ができていないため、注文時間通りに提供できないとのこと。 注文の見極めが甘かったのもありますが、コロナ禍ということもあり、供給が追いつかないほどの注文があったのでしょう。 結局店内で待たされること1時間。やっと注文した恵方巻を受け取れたのですが、対応が残念でした。 もちろん謝罪はあったのですが、何度も同じセリフを言っていることもあってか全然気持ちが伝わってこない話し方でした。我々が最後の客だったのにも関わらず、退店時の挨拶すらない。 いろいろ大変なのはお察ししますが、接客業をしている以上、最後まで対応をしっかりしてほしかったです。
