We had to take the line almost an hour, waiting to be served... I don't understand why there was a long queue while the waiters were just standing there and many were still tables unoccupied. While seated, we needed to wait another 20 minutes or so for foods to be served. They already served the kiddie food while ours were not yet served. My child already finished her food when they served ours. We ordered for back ribs and to our surprise, literally its only ribs left because the meat was scraped probably to put at their newest menu fries with shredded bbq meat.. We usually eat at foster's hollywood but didn't encounter such a horrible experience such as this branch.

We standing and wait 48 minutes . the last 20 minutes we see 6 tables free (4 insade and 2 outside) free and clean but no one offer us to seat down... Good food but never again
One of the best spare ribs I have ever tasted in my life. Simply magnificent, well done! Unlimited amount of soft drinks after you buy the first one. They just keep refilling your glass over and over again. Perfect!
Made to stand outside for 15 minutes to be seated in an empty restaurant. One of our party was disabled and had to endure this treatment. You could clearly see members of staff wandering around the restaurant with nothing to do. This was 30 minutes after the opening time. We will avoid this restaurant in the future. Never had the same problem at the Porto Pi restaurant.
