Unfortunately, this year (2020) we have decided to rent a house with Homerti. We did before all the covid crazyness. We asked if we could travel next year instead they didn't want. It's not really commercial because the situation is special and they should have understood. As they did not we had to travel (or loose a big amount of money). The house was exactly what we expected. Just like in the pictures. Even if they aren't really understanding of the covid situation, we must say they always have answered or many calls or emails, they have always been polite. We did not appreciate their behaviour towards the covid situation (after all they tried to save their business but with many costumers unhappy, I don't know how they can do it). Anyway, except from that , everything was good. It is not easy to book through their website. They should make it easier.

We tried to cancel our booking and even though we were in the free cancellation period, they refused to give the money back which they charged from the credit card automatically when we made the booking (without notice!!). They also charged a deposit of 300E one week before the check-in date which they were supposed to refund 7 days after check out. Never heard of them also! Booking was made through agoda
Had to cancel the trip because of the lockdown in Spain. For almost three months I am waiting to get my money back, even though the agency admits that I have the right to get it back. They are simply not paying. Unbelieveable... Please stay away from Homerti.
If i could 0 stars i would. They were impossible to get a hold of from the minute we booked. It took several emails from me over several days, several times for booking.com to reach out and several phone calls to get them to responded. Would not recommend any properties homerti are part of. We paid a 50% deposit for next year. Over a year away and had to cancel within 3 days of making the booking. They are refusing to refund even a partial amount minus their admin fees. These are unfair terms. i would recommend anyone who has had bad dealing with this company and their properties to report them to the cma to take action.
This agency is not willing to payback our 1st deposit after we cancelled our booking officially within the cancellation period. Since May Im waiting for our money - my lawyer is already involved, but they refuse to pay. According to EU-Law and their own Terms and Condition (cancellation paragraph) they have to pay it back within 2 weeks.... Please do not book you holiday with this unprofessional agency - you avoid a lot of trouble.... PS: If they are telling you that they offer us vouchers or something else, then please keep in mind, that we cancelled our trip to Mallorca regularly (without any connections to COVID-19)...we just couldnt fly to this island because of private reasons. Update 29/09: we received our refund after 5 months- finally! Overall I change my rating from 1star to 3stars!

i don't want to even give them one star! i booked a villa for a family holiday via Villa Finca (Homerti) on 18th July but unfortunately due to COV-19 Tui have cancelled our flights due to the FO only advising essential travel and they have refused to pay my deposit of 1000 saying they are subject to Spanish Law and restrictions and not Wales in the UK. this is morally wrong given the current situation here in the UK.i would never use these again, they have no morals!!!
This company isn't worth any stars, Homerti managed the villa we were due to stay in at the end of June, because of Covid19 we couldn't fly out to Mallorca, they wouldn't refund any of our money. Homerti said Spain opened its boarders on the 22 June so you can travel, when I contacted them saying my flights were cancelled for the 27 June I couldn't get to Mallorca and FO were still advising essential travel only. they were not interested no voucher was offered for 2021 only a date change until December 2020 plus we would have to incur any extra costs. We couldn't change our dates due to work. There was no compromise, dreadful company didn't read or answer questioned asked in correspondence. I am reporting them to the consumer office in Mallorca. I strongly advise anyone reading this please don't use this company or any properties that they are associated with. I have lost over 2,500 and have nothing to show for that. Don't let it happen to you.
