Just had 2 windows and a back door fitted by these guys. What a hassle free experience. Excellent value, tidy and considerate fitters, not your typical double glazing outfit, highly recommended.

I am delighted to have found Indeluxe windows to supply and install our Origin windows and doors. This will be an ongoing order but from experience so far of the 6 windows fitted I have no hesitation in highly recommending them. Every aspect so far has been excellent. Every one I have dealt with has been very helpful, courteous and professional. The fitters Tom and Tom have done a superb job. We love Origin windows and doors but have realised from previous poor experiences with other companies that you have to find the best fitters - Origin give you the nearest fitters but I can honestly say if you live in Shropshire or Worcestershire, get yourselves to Indeluxe in Cheltenham! Thanks to Sam, Ricky, Tom and Tom.

Used Indeluxe for replacement windows and bifolds. The first batch were good and had no issues. But the second batch arrived in a different profile. As a customer I thought we would wait and redo with the third batch to be nice and helpful. However the third batch was measured incorrectly, with no haste to remeasure correctly. As emails went back and forth it became clear they had lost interest. I asked for the second batch to be sorted and some temporary windows installed. This resulted in an unpleasant email saying it was all my fault all had taken so long.... These windows were originally delivered in May and it took till the following Feb to get them back in the correct profile! With relations obviously turned sour I went to Clearway Windows and had the third batch done in the space of three weeks with no issues. One of the big issues I think worked against us is that Indeluxe are supply only, so if there is a problem it is a three way issue with Indeluxe trying to pass the buck. Clearway make in house so if you have an issue it's much easier to resolve. So I wouldn't use or recommend Indeluxe ...
