I needed a new alternator for my 2003 vehicle. They had my brand in stock, each time I called regarding my situation the staff was very friendly and helpful. The cashier Kimberly at Noland Rd very, very helpful & curtious explaining my car items to me. Thank you Auto Zone for getting my car back up on the road.

Nice new store. Half the staff is half knowledgeable about automobiles. This is the norm at parts stores nowadays.
My husband and I visited the Auto Zone on Nolan Road to pick up a few items needed for my vehicle. I believe it was the manager that waited on us he was so personable. As a women going to a auto parts store is not my idea of a good time but this guy with this humor definitely made my visit enjoyable.
Without it up the best out of the parts place I've ever been to great customer service greet you within a second or two of entering the store very knowledgeable and if they don't know it they find the person that does if they don't have the parts the next day they will. They have them delivered three time a day
A new location for me to buy from AutoZone and the store is new and fresh and Michael on the staff was very friendly and helpful. A great experience.
