I just moved in a month ago and things have been going good. Of course there will always be a couple people who will always complain about something no matter where they live. This is the perfect apartment for me for the price. The buildings are clean and management has been awesome ! I have no complaints.

Brookside Apartments is a nice, quiet and comfortable place to live. The apartments are clean, well appointed and are roomy enough to live comfortably. Our Property Manager, Rhonda Kelly, takes great care and pride in maintaining a safe, clean and friendly place to live. She is very personable and cares about the residents needs and comfort. I highly recommend Brookside Apartments to anyone looking for a clean, safe and friendly place to live. I am very comfortable living here.
This was the worst apartment complex experience in my life, The old property manager was very unprofessional, the property management company likes to yell at tenants in a very unprofessional manner They were asking people to leave during the pandemic and if they didn't leave they threatened them with eviction This is a high crime area You will always hear police sireans, cars get broken into in the parking lot, catalytic converters get stolen There's no security other than the locks on the doors. These apartments are not worth any more than 650 a month for the two bedroom apartments there is hardly any insulation... The parking is a nightmare You are only allowed one car per apartment... I would not recommend living at Brookside apartments or renting from KCPS... I wish, I could give a zero star review... They were begging people to give positive reviews on Google last November in their monthly newsletter... any allegations I got about my behavior at this apartment complex were based off of lies by drug abusers... And all damage done in set apartment was mostly due to a water leak that had been going on for several months... I will be contacting the better business bureau... And my lawyer... And just a forewarning they do have their management go through people's apartments checking to see if it's clean without prior notice or permission from the lease holder...
I have lived at Brookside Apartments for a year and a half now. The experience has been excellent. The property is well taken care of. The management is nice and friendly and the property manager Rhonda Kelley works hard to make Brookside Apartments a pleasant place to live. The maintenance is done in a timely manner and the apartments are well worth the money. If you’re looking for a comfortable place to live that fits your budget I recommend Brookside Apartments!!
You can clearly see this page has been flooded by fake reviews. Don’t let them fool you. The guy talking about the parking is correct. It’s a terrible system. Rhonda does not care about you. Just try to get the owners contact information and you’ll find out how little she cares. (She won’t give it to you) if you want to live in a place with more up surd rules than North Korea then welcome. You can’t even park in the front either. Not even to move in or she’ll threaten to tow you. Just look around back and you’ll see all the tow signs. Honestly stay far far away.
