I had lived here at Cimarron since 2012 and never had any issues until the new property management took over almost 2 years ago. They decided to remodel and have been steadily gutting the buildings but in the meantime allowed trash to build up and be strewn throughout the parking lots. They did minimal salting or snow shoveling for winter and Cimarron is on a very steep hill. They placed me on month to month on my last lease renewal and then waited until July 28 to give me a 30 day notice that they wanted to remodel my building. I was welcome to move to a remodeled unit for 300 dollars more. Mind you, units are still very small, there is no pool, there is barely a washer/dryer area, winter clean-up is awful and the area is NOT GOOD. I already had an apartment lined up and was just waiting to hear about my application so when Cimarron called me on August 19 and said THEY CHANGED THEIR MINDS and weren't going to remodel just yet and I was welcome to stay I have to say I was stunned. I told them no thank you and I would be looking forward to getting my deposit back. I'm not going through this with them again! Needless to say they stole my deposit, trying to say they had to clean up after me. I cleaned that whole apartment. They tried telling me all our old appliances could be used at other slum locations but I have photos showing them throwing all the old appliances out. Somehow, replacing 3 cheap plastic blinds, and cleaning my stove and fridge (which they will throw away, see photos) cost 250. Good to know. I would never recommend anyone move in here. The buildings may look pretty right now but this management company is not worth dealing with.

Currently under renovation. Changes are huge! Going to have in-unit laundry, and solar power for cheaper utilities.
I have lived here almost 10 months and i love it here. I love the manager and Stephanie is great too. The maintenance workers are the best and if you need maintenance assistance they respond so quickly and work so hard and they don't leave until everything is fixed. Maria runs a very tight ship which is great and makes sure we are well taken care of and safe. I feel extremely safe here. During bad weather the maintenance men are out there no matter the weather conditions and salting all the sidewalks, steps, parking lot to make sure noone falls and we're all safe. It's very quiet here and i appreciate that. Management makes sure there's peace and quiet here, no drug deals or partying going on outside. I am so glad i moved here. They also worked with my credit issues so i could move in here so i greatly appreciate that. Love it here! Everyone that works here is honest and trustworthy. I love that i can put in a maintenance request online and they are right on it and love paying my rent online .
This is by far the worse place I have ever lived in the world. They had so many many roaches it will be blow your mind. Do not Do not Do not rent from this place ever. I had to pay first months rent which was 495.00 then a deposit which was 450.00 when I discover they had roaches I immediately cancel my lease which cost me 1500.00. Thank God I had the money to cancel my lease. Here are some pictures of the horrific travesty that I went through.
Management is awesome! They always respond quickly to any problems I had and they truly work hard to keep this place rolling smooth. It's quiet and peaceful and never had any problems with any of the neighbors. Great place to live with great prices!
