I’ve lived her for 3 half years. Nothing but bad experiences. First the neighbors are not the best a lot of drugs go on here I’ve called police and told Management and nothing was ever done. Transferred apartments only to find out two days later it had BED BUGS. We dealt with for month because management didn’t believe us till we showed pictures (still have them). The people below us also had them and refused to pay till the problem was fixed they got evicted instead. Shannon left and new management came in just as bad don’t answer calls behind on maintenance and very rude. I recommend to not spend your money here and find some where else to stay like the apartments next door.

I lived here for almost 2 years on a bottom floor unit, and my entire bedroom floor flooded 3 times in 3 months. Several of the units had the same problem and each time, management simply hired a company to come change the carpet pad. Only about half of mine got changed each time, and the carpet on top was disgusting and unclean by the third time. The carpet company they used left my door unlocked and wide open for 8 hours, yet were hired again for the next two times. The foundation was cracking, which is why it continued to flood, but nothing was being done to address this issue. Maintenance for the most part did nothing, took a long time to respond to a call, and were no one I would trust to be in my home without me there. There was mold and moisture collecting in the ceiling above my shower. They 'fixed' the floor in the unit above me, but left the water trapped and mold continuing to grow on my ceiling. Neighbors drop cigarettes and trash in the grass and bottom unit patios. Children are allowed to peek into bottom unit windows, so I always had to leave my blinds completely closed. Outdoor light bulbs were often out, making it eerily dark at night. Although I requested a deadbolt for my door when I moved in (my door only had a lock on the handle, and every other unit had both), I never received one and was told it wasn't a big deal. Needless to say, I moved out due to lack of security and upkeep. If you rent here, you aren't looking for luxury living, but you can still get a lot more for your money elsewhere in the area!

Been living here for around 15 years and they have been declining more and more. This used to be a very beautiful property and now there is trash everywhere lights burned out. Nothing gets done and we are told they have to work with the H.O.A. If you put in a work order it won’t get done. I live in one of their townhouses and I’ve had to do my own electrical and plumbing problems. I have put work orders in they never come to do them. I’ve seen a good number of leasing managers and maintenance men coming and going so that right there should tell you something. Best part is they don’t fix anything but don’t worry they will make sure to raise rent when your lease is up. I have roots coming in where my furnace is which is causing water to ruin my downstairs. Torn vinyl flooring in my kitchen. My cabinets are falling apart. I don’t want to move from this area the schools are great and my kids have friends here. Prism real estate owns this property and they have a lot of negative reviews showing how much they care about the properties they own

I have lived at Coventry Park Apartments for the last three years, and I have no plans on leaving. I absolutely enjoy my apartment. I have updated appliances, and even my very own washer and dryer hook-ups. They even put up crown molding throughout my apartment!! The apartments are very spacious and for the location are very affordable. The grounds are kept very nice, and the residents who live here are friendly and quiet. Very safe area as well, which is very important to me. The staff are extremely friendly. Shannon goes above and beyond to help you, and Billy is the type that doesn't quit until the job is done. In my opinion the best part of living here is the loyalty that the staff have toward their tennants. That is something you will not experience with most apartments. When you renew your lease they give you gift to thank you for your continued stay, such as free carpet cleaning! Also, and most importantly, my rent has never gone up past anything that I couldn't afford every year that I have renewed my lease, and I am extremely grateful for that!
