I received the proper care and was happy with my outcome. She was all business,polite, and professional. I have another need for her services and she would be my first place to start. Drs are busy and they don’t have time to talk about the weather.
As I was checking out today, I witnessed Dr. Willen belittle the receptionist to the point she was visibly upset. I was in complete disgust by the behavior. She was a grown woman and a bully. After a little probing and chit chat with the staff, I realized this was par for the course with her. They thanked me for noticing the behavior and bringing it to the attention of the office manager. I have zero respect or tolerance for poor behavior and will NEVER allow her my business if I ever need her services. I will take my business to a physician who has enough decency to treat her employees and her patients with the respect they deserve. There is no excuse for poor behavior and I hope she sees this and is embarrassed. I know I’m embarrassed and ashamed for her.
Dr Willen's has horrible bedside manners. She was very short with me and made me feel awful by the time I left her office.
This doctor is not mentally stable. I walked out on her after 15 minutes (I was very patient) and my daughter thanked me for keeping Dr. Willen away from her. I will be contacting her HR department.
