I live here...new full kitchen with stacked washer & dryer ! It's a new building. Everyone is friendly! Everyone pays the same. I've never lived anywhere as lovely as here ! The management is a very kind and a Sweetheart of a Lady. Oh, and the codes for the front door is set up now.

Tons of problems and management with a \whatever\ condescending attitude re: residents complaints or requests re basic stuff like heat, safety or water. The best thing about it is the washer/dryer in unit and the neighbors. We have made it a friendly community inspite of management.
