In the few months going there for my prescription needs. I was impressed to a certain point. Only had two occasions where I got upset and raised my voice. first one was a miscommunication issue and I apologized . Keep this in mind. I really thought i had a great pharmacy until some little things popped up. Refusal to only fill meds only for 30 days. I totally ignored this repeated my request. A constant refusal to call me by nickname or full name instead kept calling me by a dead persons name despite numerous corrections and statements of fact i also . Ignored this. The second issue I yelled about was when they didnt file claim for medication until 10 days later (insurance informed me) and blamed the insurance for changing my day supply leaving me days without a critical medication which missing a dose could lead to death. This was second time they did this first time i ignored it. They refused me service at this point claiming that i yelled all the time at the which was untrue. So if you come here beware u might encounter issues. I actually like going here until the last incident was willing to overlook the mistake They refused to work with me. Also when I transfered my prescription they bad mouthed me to the next pharmacy causing me to be refused service at the next pharmacy causing further delay. In getting my med. For diabetics they messed up insulin twice causing me to miss doses for days both times. That was the issue that I last yelled at them for. When i mentioned the medicine i could not miss they just acted like they didnt care .

They charge full price for expired beer and i dont mean like a couple months. They have beers that are 2 years old, which they wont allow you to return. Thier singles are ALL expired and overpriced. It is a general practice of retailers to discount old beer, and the majority of brewerys don't appreciate retailers selling old beer. This all very disappointing given they have the best selection in town.
