Sam has been amazing the whole time we rented there. He has been nothing but professional and polite. As a manager he was the best. Previously, owning a business myself, I would have loved having an employee like him. Thank you for the cleanliness and security at this facility.
I called around to 6 different storage units around Salem, and the way Sam was so kind and informative and helpful on the phone made me choose independence to store my belongings. I recently needed to move to a smaller unit and they were able to accommodate me that day! Great place :)
Needed a 10x20 and Sam was so nice and professional. We live in South Salem, so we have to drive a little bit, but worth it. When we met Sam in person, he was such a big help and very likable. Now we need a 10x15 and he is working on one for us. Thank you for employing such a wonderful employee.
For the past 6.5 years we've rented a unit here. The service has always been amazing. Recently, we were back for a short visit (we live abroad) and need to downsize our space. Sam and the team made it a super easy process. This made what could have a been a stressful time much more relaxed. They really do go above and beyond.
Best prices in town. The manager is a very cordial young guy who has his hobbies of collecting old motorcycles and scooters right on site in his own storage unit. Very secure place; I've had no problems at all.
