A perfect storage unit. Over the past 10 years, I have used several different storage units, including Public Storage (which SUCKED) and the U-Haul in Independence (which was very good). This was the best by far - always clean, well-lit, secure, and 24/7 support if needed. The manager is incredibly friendly and helpful. I would recommend Independence U-Storage for any of your needs - it was the best experience I could have ever hoped for in a storage location.

Secure and affordable. We used this storage facility and have only good things to say. Lance was great in calling back when I left a message and even opened up on a holiday weekend to accommodate us. Fantastic customer service and timely response. We would use this storage facility again and will recommend to family and friends.
Service for checking in was good. he did Take care of us. service with the company over all was not good. was told We would be hearing from general managers from 2 different districts were going to get ahold of me never heard from either one of them unless I'm really stuck I will not use you haul again
