Many years of squats, power cleans, and pushing 300lb guys around on a football field really took a toll on my body. Add on top of that the issue of transitioning from the life of an active Division I athlete to that of a desk jockey and you have a recipe for disaster if not managed properly. Dr. Kelley, in only a couple of visits, was able to diagnose the cause of my pain, give immediate relief to the area, and give me exercises (both strengthening and stretching) to correct the issue going forward. I can safely say that my back feels both better and stronger now than it has in the five years since I hung up my cleats. Thank you Dr. Kelley for sharing your expertise and for increasing my quality of life!
