Not a great experience living here. Are the apartments a great price for how big they are? Definitely. Are they in a good spot near lots of food and shopping needs? 100%. Will you be happy living here? probably not. In my experience it was not a great time, the hallways smelled like weed. were always dirty and the lights were flickering or out. The towel rack in my unit just fell off the wall and one of the outlets wasn't even wired right. There was mold on the vents and in the closet and trying to get ahold of management was a mess. Peoples cars were constantly broken into so much to the point where the manager put out a warning to remove valuable items from your car. Half of the parking lots are barely even lit. On the good side though the units themselves are spacious and the remodel of the kitchen and bathroom look great. If you don't mind the problems that may come with the apartment itself then for the money it is worth it but be warned.

This is a 0 star review. My wife and I have been living here since July 25 2020. To begin with we didn’t get the apartment layout we applied and was accepted for. Then in august 2020 we found black mold on one of our vents so we looked in all the vents and found more. We had maintenance come out to look at it and we were just told that it was dust and dirt. We then had a professional come out to look at it and confirmed it was black mold. With this information we then went to the office and maintenance then came out again and said that it was just dirt and dust. We then had another professional come out and do swabs and air quality tests for black mold and was then confirmed that it was black mold a SECOND time. Someone I know that lives here was recently hospitalized due the the black mold. Still nothing has been done about it. I have two kids under two and I have been suffering from the black mold. If I am suffering then my two very young children are being affected by it as well. Management really sucks. My wife stood in the building and called the office the lady at the desk didn’t answer the phone until the second time my wife called. The lady at the front desk wasn’t doing anything for her to not answer the phone besides her being on her own personal phone.
Very nice and roomy apartment homes. I would have to say the largest I have seen without paying 1600.00 a mo or more. The manager is very nice and she really works with you. These homes have been recently updated and they are gorgeous and there in the higher 800.00 for a 2bed 2bath. Well worth the money to be sure.
They have left my ac broken for 2 months and going, Just leaks every where and they don’t really to seem care, I know we have mold I can see it, if I didn’t put my daughters old bath tub in the middle of the hallway I would have water damage sooo bad. they only have one maintenance person for the whole complex from what the guy said who just did a patch job on it. You try and get help on anything they don’t call you back and treat you like your a weirdo for needing help on anything you need. I will not be living here again.
Decent presentation, interesting Dynamics on the property
Just finishing up a lease and i would not recommend this apartment to anyone. They tried to change the terms of the lease twice, once before and once after the management "change". There was water in the apartment at least 4 times. They charged a returned check fee and late fee when they stopped accepting payment in the office and their website wasn't working correctly for 2-3 days when we paid and it left a digit off the account number. And now we have moved out but still have possession until end of the month and left a shark vacuum (300) a fan and a few misc things they enter the apartment that stuff is now missing and it is apparently our fault. They take ZERO responsibility for anything but they sure want their money right quick. If i could leave a 0 star review even that would be too high.
Had a squad of police officers break into my apartment and harass my guest, Then simply leave. Signed a contract for a set rent and utilities only to have them raised a couple months later. Drunk people sleeping in the hallways. Decided to leave. Now being sued by the apartment complex. I was never contacted nor knew there was a problem when i left. I simply recieved a letter in the mail. Nice apartments. Dont reccomend.
If you like living in an apartment that’s 80 freaking degrees with the air on in the summer time I highly recommend living here .
